Deliver the Complete Solutions

The Technical Department has a dedicated engineering team and facilities to do system integration customized to the customer specific requirements. The engineering design team will study the various system interfaces for integration based on customer specific requirements. Using CAD/CAM, these design concepts will be translated into drawings for customer’s approval. Upon approval, the drawings will be converted to construction phase for console or rack integration works. The project support team will discuss with the integration supervisor on the procurement of materials needed for integration works. Once the materials passed the incoming quality checks, the project support team will make arrangement to send the materials to the workshop for the integration team to commence the integration works.

Upon the completion of integration works, the project engineer and the field team will carry out operational and functional check of the completed systems to ensure the systems operates according to project specifications using the customer approved factory acceptance test checklist as part of the quality assurance process.

The customer will be invited to witness the joint factory acceptance test (FATs) and sign off the acceptance document and checklist. If there is any punch-list, the integration team will ensure the punch-list will be recti-fied and submit proof of rectification to the customer before the project support team makes arrangement for delivery to customer designated location.
