Airtime Services

As we steer towards being a one-stop provider of integrated solutions, we also provide our customers with satellite airtime services. We provide bandwidth (“airtime”) for the satellite communication systems distributed by us and other distributors, which is used for high quality direct-dial voice, communication, facsimile, data transfer, telex, e-mail and high-speed internet connections.

Jason Marine has been appointed as an INMARSAT PSA (Point of Service Activation) and partners major airtime providers like SingTel, Vizada S.A. and Stratos Wireless, Inc.

Inmarsat B HSD	High powered, top of the line satellite communications that provides a go-anywhere, satellite-based extension of the terrestrial ISDN that will otherwise, be unable to access ISDN. BGAN	The BGAN enables you to access e-mail, corporate networks and the Internet, transfer files, send live video, make telephone calls or send SMS or faxes, from almost anywhere – including locations where traditional technologies cannot reach or where terrestrial networks are temporarily unavailable. FleetBroadband	FleetBroadband enhances communication capabilities, including simultaneous voice and broadband data, will offer unprecedented connectivity between vessels and the shore.	Voice Calls Standard IP: Up to 432 kbps Streaming IP: Guaranteed on-demand data rates of up to 256 kbps for live video/audio applications. ISDN: Supports ISDN at 64 kbps SMS: Send and receive 160 character text messages.
